We want you to feel confident in your purchase from 5'3'' by WL.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, stains, or other signs of wear
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Returned with the original protective packaging and accessories
- In resalable condition
Trying on an item indoors is permitted. Items showing wear or damage beyond normal try-on may be refused or subject to a reduction in the refund.
Return process
Before mailing an item back, contact us at:
Include your order number and the item you wish to return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving return instructions.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Shipping charges, duties, taxes, and other delivery-related fees are not refundable except when required by law or when the return results from our error.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To obtain another size, color, or product, return the original item and place a new order.
This prevents the replacement item from selling out while the return is in transit.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Inspect your order promptly after delivery.
Contact us within 3 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs of:
- The item
- The issue
- The packaging
- The shipping label
When the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return instructions at no additional return-shipping cost.
Items not eligible for return
The following are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Items marked Final Sale
- Items damaged through wear, misuse, improper care, or alteration
- Items returned without original tags or included accessories
- Items showing makeup, perfume, deodorant, stains, pet hair, or other signs of use
Promotional items are returnable unless they are specifically marked Final Sale.
Handbags and accessories
Handbags and accessories must be returned unused, with all straps, dust bags, tags, protective coverings, and original accessories included.
Please do not remove protective coverings or place personal belongings inside the bag until you decide to keep it.
Return abuse
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet this policy or where we identify excessive, fraudulent, or abusive return activity.
